Property Owners Association (POA)

Protecting property values, preserving community standards, and fostering an exceptional quality of life for Meadowlakes residents.

Welcome to the Meadowlakes Property Owners Association

The Meadowlakes Property Owners Association (POA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving property values, maintaining the beauty of our community, and enhancing the quality of life for all residents.

Meadowlakes offers a sense of “Secluded Security” and of community for its residents. We are unique in a number of ways.

We know many of our residents choose Meadowlakes for the security. Our crime rate is almost non-existent. Incidences are few, and our families and children enjoy a great, safe environment—free from many of the worries in today’s society.

Meadowlakes founders and community members (our property owners) formed an association almost fifty years ago to try to achieve a lifestyle we enjoy today.

That association is the Meadowlakes Property Owners Association and includes every residential property owner within the community. The Association is guided by the charter adopted by the founders in 1975 and by the covenants and bylaws that followed.

The Association’s business is managed through a 7-member Board of Directors, elected by the property owners. The Board’s job is to balance the needs for maintaining and advancing the interests of the community without unnecessary infringement of the personal and property rights of individual property owners.

Why Residents Choose Meadow Lakes

Lakeside Living

Lakeside surroundings where you can live on the waterfront or use our lakeside park and boat ramp with open access to Lake Marble Falls.

Hidden Falls Golf Club

Living in a pecan orchard or beside an 18-hole golf course offering great views for many of our residents.

Secluded Security

A gated community with 24-hour/day guarded—where you can safely enjoy your golf cart with family and friends.

Multi-Generational Community

Retirees and young families living side by side, creating a welcoming and connected neighborhood.

A Safe Community

We know many of our residents choose Meadowlakes for the security. Our crime rate is almost non-existent. Yes, as every community, we have a few vandals every once in a while—and a few of our drivers do not control their speed as they should.

Still, incidences are few, and our families and children enjoy a great, safe environment—free from many of the worries in today’s society.

The Role of the POA

Founded in 1975

Meadowlakes founders and community members formed the POA almost fifty years ago to create the lifestyle we enjoy today.

Community Standards

Our charter, covenants, and bylaws provide a framework for maintaining and advancing the aesthetics, economic, and social values of our community.

Protecting Property Values

Through responsible management and architectural guidelines, we work to protect the beauty, quality, and value of every home in Meadow Lakes.

Board of Directors

The Association is managed by a 7-member Board of Directors elected by property owners. The Board balances community needs with the rights of individual owners.

That balance is best achieved when property owners actively participate in our meetings and become involved in the POA. Your participation helps shape the future of Meadow Lakes.
